MaineHealth - Waldo Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its team here on the coast of Maine. The successful candidate will assist in a collegial Emergency Medicine team serving our Coastal Maine community with strong patient/provider relationships and advanced Epic EMR.

The pay range for this position is $128,177 to $158,620 annually based on the candidate's level of experience, plus comprehensive benefits and potential

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Graduate of an accredited certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner's program or graduate of an accredited Certified Physician Assistant program.
• Maine NP or PA License and DEA.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine required
• 2 years' experience as an NP/PA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Emergency Medicine team in a collegial environment with Physicians and APPs.
• Join a coastal Maine community with strong patient/provider relationships and advanced technologies.
• Provide high-quality care within a fully integrated Epic EMR system.
