Job summary

MaineHealth - Waldo Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its team here on the coast of Maine. The successful candidate will assist in a collegial Emergency Medicine team serving our Coastal Maine community with strong patient/provider relationships and advanced Epic EMR.

The pay range for this position is $128,177 to $158,620 annually based on the candidate's level of experience, plus comprehensive benefits and potential

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Graduate of an accredited certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner's program or graduate of an accredited Certified Physician Assistant program.
Maine NP or PA License and DEA.
ACLS and PALS preferred.
Experience in Emergency Medicine required
2 years' experience as an NP/PA is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the Emergency Medicine team in a collegial environment with Physicians and APPs.
Join a coastal Maine community with strong patient/provider relationships and advanced technologies.
Provide high-quality care within a fully integrated Epic EMR system.
