Ennoble Care in Florida is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in the Winterhaven/Davenport region. Clinicians visit patients at home, applying medical techniques under physician supervision.

You will assess health, create care plans, order tests, prescribe medications, and work with office staff across platforms. Experience with geriatrics is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Board certification in Florida for NP or PA.
• Active Florida license and DEA as applicable.
• Experience in primary care with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and palliative care in patients' homes around Winterhaven and Davenport, FL.
• Assess health, perform exams, update histories, and create care plans.
• Coordinate with the physician supervisor and office staff across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Winterhaven/Davenport, FLregion. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Winterhaven/Davenport, FL
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You’ll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)
