What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct initial and periodic medical history, physical examinations, and daily assessments for patients
• Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Perform minor medical and/or surgical procedures and prescribe medications as needed
• Advocate for patients and participate in practice meetings and policy development

What is Required (Qualifications)
