We are seeking a APP Team Lead to join our Urgent Care team at IU Health. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Urgent Care department at all locations.
Position Details
- Full-time
- 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- 0.8 FTE Clinical
- 0.1 FTE Admin
- 0.1 Team Lead Protected Time
- One weekend shift per month
- Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
- 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
- No call
- 100% outpatient
- Ages 3 months and up
- Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
Qualifications
- FNP or PA certification required
- At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
- Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
