Job description

IU Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care clinic in Muncie, IN.

Position Details:

• PRN: 3 shifts per month
• 100% outpatient
• Providing urgent care and occupational medicine services for patients aged 3 months and up at all locations. Services include injury and illness care, laceration and I&D, occupational medicine (work comp and DOT physicals), sports physicals.
• Procedures include laceration repairs, I&D, EKG, suturing.

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience required
