Job Description

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a well-established Sleep Medicine team in Santa Rosa, California. • Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule, day shift
• No call or weekends
• Strong, supportive and team-oriented environment
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $167,935 and $217,245 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
