Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Skilled Nursing Facility clinical team on a full-time basis. You will manage your own panel, see 16–20 patients daily, and coordinate with physicians and facility staff to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (e.g., AGNP, FNP for Nurse Practitioners; PA-C for Physician Assistants) — active and unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or from an accredited Physician Assistant program — required for the corresponding credential.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing Facility

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity — you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Your Day-to-Day
