Job summary

One Medical, based in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks an Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits, conducting in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits as needed.

The role requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and California licensure by the start date; in the past five years you should have at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or a primary care fellowship.
• State licensed in California by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Performing in-office procedures as needed.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Sunnyvale, CA.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

e base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $196,900 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
