Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner in Boston, MA to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role includes in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

Requires completion of an accredited FNP/PA program with national certification and MA licensure before start date. Opportunities to obtain additional state licensure are available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

What You’ll Be Working On

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Boston, MA.

The base salary range for this role is $145,400 to $173,800 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
