Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to patients around Seminole County, FL. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision, caring for a diverse geriatric patient population with chronic conditions.

The role emphasizes independent practice, strong clinical skills, and collaborative teamwork with our in-house clinical staff. A flexible, patient-centered approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to patients in Seminole County, FL.
• Perform physical exams, obtain and update medical histories, and create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Care for a panel of patients with patient-centered approach.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as necessary.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Seminole County, FLregion. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Seminole County, FL
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You'll Need

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Salary Range

• Full-time: $105,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
• Providers are paid per visit
