Medcor seeks an NP or PA to work on a PRN basis (as-needed) in our employer-based clinic in Commerce, CA. The clinic operates 24/7, with the NP or PA working Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm. Compensation is $70.00 - $75.00/hr based on experience. This is not a new graduate position. Note: This is a PRN/call coverage role, with no guaranteed hours.

The provider will deliver advanced care services, collaborating with medical and operational leadership, other Medcor associates, and client contacts. The role involves diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, supporting wellness programs, and working closely with an oversight physician. No weekend or on-call hours are required, but flexibility for additional hours is preferred.

A typical day includes:

• Providing clinical care and customer service
• Treating injuries and illnesses following evidence-based standards
• Building team relationships
• Collaborating on health, safety, and environmental practices
• Supporting wellness and preventative programs
• Documenting using EMR and other tools
• Patient education and coaching

You Must:

• Have a valid unrestricted CA license
• Hold current DEA & BLS certifications
• Have 2+ years of provider experience
• Be familiar with EMR software
• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Be comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment

It’s a Plus If:

• You have occupational health or work-site clinic experience
