Job summary

Atrius Health in Boston is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This role provides independent, longitudinal care within a collaborative, value-based system and offers access to multidisciplinary support and advanced technology.

You will manage a full primary care panel, participate in preventive care and chronic disease management, and work in a physician-led organization with strong incentives and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

Position Highlights

The Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) functions as an independent primary care provider responsible for the comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of care for an assigned panel of patients. This role is intended for experienced APCs who have demonstrated readiness to independently manage a full primary care panel within a coordinated, value-based care environment. Providers practice in a collaborative team model and assume accountability for clinical decision-making, care coordination, and outcomes over time.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $165,000 - $190,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
