Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 with bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
• Collaborative team player with strong patient-relations skills.

An established, independent Internal Medicine practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly respected team. This physician-owned practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for its collaborative culture, exceptional staff, and outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time
• four-day workweek outpatient Internal Medicine
• Outpatient Internal Medicine seeing 16-18 patients/day
• Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a modern facility with 18-exam rooms
• Strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses
