Job Duties

CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look‑Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Hazleton is located in Hazle Township, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.
