Job summary

One Medical in California is seeking a certified NP or PA to join our primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, perform acute, chronic, and well visits, and occasionally conduct tele-health visits under an onsite Preceptor.

Must complete accredited NP/PA program with national certification, CA license or pending, and board certification as FNP/ANP/PA. Base salary is $148,200 with full benefits and a regular schedule.

• Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification and a graduation date between May 2026 and November 2026.
• Must hold an active CA license or have submitted licensure before December 1, 2026.
• Board certified as FNP, ANP, or PA.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits under onsite supervision.
• Treating patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits as needed.
• Participating in weekly didactics, clinical rounds and collaborative team huddles.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 and November 2026
• Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to December 1, 2026
• Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $148,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
