Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time clinician in San Francisco to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic and well visits with onsite mentorship. The role includes in-office care, testing center visits, and occasional telehealth, supported by weekly didactics and clinical rounds.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and hold CA licensure or be pursuing it.

Qualifications

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Must hold active license in CA or have submitted licensure prior to Dec 1, 2026.
• Board Certified as FNP, ANP, or PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs; acute, chronic and well visits with mentorship from an onsite Preceptor.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Engage in weekly Didactics, Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

What you’ll be working on

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 and November 2026
• Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to December 1, 2026
• Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $148,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
