UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Palliative Care Program in Greeley, CO are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working part-time (0.75 FTE), and focused on excellent patient care. Qualifications and Preferences

• Positive, caring personality, innovative, autonomous, and a team player
• Palliative Care experience preferred
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) Certification preferred
• Family Nurse Practitioner candidates must have full prescriptive authority
• No call or night shifts
• Experience with Epic EMR system

Position Details

This position offers a competitive pay range of $77,782 - $104,692 annually, dependent on experience. The role is part-time (0.75 FTE) with no night or call responsibilities. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME allowance, health benefits, and more.

Requirements

For Physician Assistants

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Unrestricted Colorado PA license
• PA-C certification from NCCPA
• Unrestricted DEA permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

For Nurse Practitioners

• Master's degree in Nursing, graduate of an accredited NP program
• NP certification from ANCC or AANPCB
• Unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
• Full prescriptive authority and DEA permit
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
