Job description

Providence Medical Group is seeking a team-oriented, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their Orthopedic Hospitalist Team in a part-time (0.5 FTE) role. This position is inpatient-focused, treating Orthopedic trauma patients arriving in the emergency department who need inpatient interventions, surgical procedures and post operative clinic care. Join a well-established and collegial team within a growing Orthopedic Hospitalist service, where you will be serving a rapidly developing Level II trauma program.   • Generous job scope, including inpatient care, OR assisting, consults, procedural care, and limited outpatient clinic required.
  • Part-time 0.5 FTE position with no call
  • Day shift-based position, with 12-hour shifts and block schedule rotations providing flexibility and great work life balance
  • 1+ years of surgical specialty experience and first assist certification is required, inpatient, hospital-based experience preferred
  • Experience in orthopedics preferred, but other specialties are welcome to apply
  • Compensation is between $ 135702 and $ 188555 per year based on years of licensure.
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. * *
