Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest in Imperial Valley seeks a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in California for a part-time role at the Imperial Valley Health Center.

You will provide high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling, while supporting licensed and non-licensed team members and collaborating with other healthcare providers to improve patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education and counseling.
• Support and empower licensed and non-licensed team members.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and management on patient care and clinical improvements.
• Coordinate with a Case Management team on lab results, referrals and other patient care aspects.
• Prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy) and perform procedures like IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our Imperial Valley Health Center.

This role is considered part-time and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California.
