ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT: Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER to join our Hospitalist Team at Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, Maryland. Our physicians and leaders are highly engaged and committed to teamwork. At JHCP Hospital Based Medicine at Howard County Medical Center, you will work alongside talented nurses and staff and enjoy extensive benefits and opportunities for personal growth.

Bring your passion for care to our role as a Hopkins ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT in Hospital Medicine, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality care to our patients.

  • Maryland licensure as an ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT required
  • ACUTE CARE Certification required for NURSE PRACTITIONER
  • Preferably 2 years of experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • 7 shifts on, 7 shifts off schedule
  • Weeknight 12-hour shifts, weekend 10-hour shifts
  • CPR Certification by AHA, ARC, or RQI (in-person classes only)
