Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering in-office and telehealth care under supervision. You will participate in weekly didactics and rounds, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams to provide high-quality primary care.

Applicants must complete an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and hold an active NY license or have an application in progress before Dec 1, 2026.

• Must hold active NY license or have submitted licensure application prior to Dec 1, 2026.
• Full-time availability with in-person patient care (32 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits with onsite preceptor mentorship.
• Treating patients in-office or at testing centers and conducting telehealth visits.
• Participating in weekly didactics and clinical rounds for ongoing learning.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures and credentialing as needed.

Employment type:

• Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026
• Must hold active license in the state of NY or have submitted application for licensure prior to Dec 1, 2026

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $131,800 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
