Job summary

Gameday Men's Health Las Cruces is expanding its concierge health clinic in Las Cruces, NM, seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a part-time clinician transitioning to full-time by 2027.

You will conduct initial consultations, manage TRT/ED therapies, order labs, and provide personalized health optimization while enjoying a low patient volume and strong administrative support, with license and registration fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico NP or PA license
• Active DEA Certificate and CS Registration
• No active malpractice suits
• 2+ years of NP/PA clinical experience preferred (urology/ endocrinology/ primary care/ ER or sports medicine a plus)
• Strong communication skills and friendly bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient consultations and evaluate lab work to create personalized health optimization plans
• Diagnose and treat Low Testosterone with TRT regimens and testosterone pellet insertions
• Evaluate and manage Erectile Dysfunction therapies (Gainswave, PRP, Trimix, Tadalafil, Sildenafil)
• Administer PRP procedures and medical weight management protocols
• Document clearly and ensure compliance with medical regulations
• Build rapport to ensure long-term patient care continuity

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient consultations, evaluate comprehensive lab work, and formulate personalized health optimization plans.
• Diagnose and treat Low Testosterone by prescribing tailored TRT regimens and administering testosterone pellet insertions.
• Evaluate and manage Erectile Dysfunction using therapies such as Gainswave (acoustic wave therapy), P-Shot (PRP), and customized medications (Trimix, Tadalafil, Sildenafil).
• Administer PRP procedures and medical weight management protocols.
• Perform clear clinical documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local medical regulations.
• Build strong rapport with patients to ensure long-term care continuity and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered New Mexico Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligible to obtain).
• Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (or eligible to obtain).
• No active or pending malpractice suits.
• 2+ years of clinical NP/PA experience preferred (Background in urology, endocrinology, primary care, ER, or sports medicine is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging bedside manner.

License/Certification

• NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico (Required)
