Salary Range:Providers are paid per unit. The per unit rate is $90-$95 per unit (exam). This role requires a commitment of two days per month.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individual’s application for Social Security benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth medical assessments, including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
  • Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
  • Report: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant’s condition(s).
  • Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Completion of a master’s degree in nursing or completion of a master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Preferred specialties include family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, occupational medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), or orthopedics.
