Job summary

Syracuse Area Health is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our hospital-based Provider program in Nebraska. This role provides patient care in the Emergency Room and Inpatient Hospital Unit with a 24/7 coverage model.

APPs will share a rotation of 24-hour shifts (7pm–7am) and must remain at the facility during shifts; a sleep room is provided. We seek strong clinical, organizational, and customer service skills, plus ACLS/BLS and board-certified APRN credentials.

Qualifications

• MSN degree and APRN licensure in Nebraska.
• Board certification.
• Emergency & Critical Care experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; ATLS or plan to attain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services in the Emergency Room and Inpatient Hospital Unit.
• Share a 24-hour shift rotation (7pm–7pm) and remain at the facility during shifts.
• Sleep room provided during the 24-hour shifts.
