Westchester Medical Center Advanced Physician Services seeks an experienced APP (PA/NP) to support an ambulatory hepatobiliary service. The role offers collaboration with surgical oncology physicians while operating with autonomy in a shared service model and established escalation pathways.

The candidate will provide comprehensive care across hepatobiliary conditions, balancing independent patient management with team-based guidance and surgeon collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted New York State license.
• Current Board Certification as PA-C, FNP, AGNP, or equivalent.
• Ideal candidates have prior surgical oncology or hepatobiliary experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgement, and ability to work in a high-acuity multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow patients in the ambulatory hepatobiliary clinical setting.
• Support pre- and post-procedure management for patients undergoing advanced surgical oncology and hepatobiliary interventions.

In this role, the APP will work closely with experienced surgical oncology specialized physician and APP colleagues, providing comprehensive care across a broad spectrum of Hepatobiliary conditions.
