Bassett Medical Center in Oneonta, NY, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide OR and inpatient support for the General Surgery team across AO Fox Memorial Hospital and affiliated clinics in Oneonta and satellite locations.

The role covers outpatient clinics, OR first assist, and inpatient duties with rotating call. Surgical experience is preferred; sign-on and competitive compensation are offered within Bassett Healthcare Network.

• NYS Licensure.

• Monday-Friday coverage – rotating first call responsibilities for AO Fox Hospital inpatient and ED services.
• Rotating weekend call – 4 hour shirt Saturday & Sunday – no overnight call required.
• Previous surgical experience preferred.

Overview

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York, major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide OR and inpatient support to AO Fox Memorial Hospital affiliate and outpatient clinics in Oneonta as well as the Delhi, Sidney and Norwich locations.

• Salary Range: $127,803 - $144,035 plus performance-based compensation.This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
