Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an urgent care team, diagnosing and treating common conditions such as sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, and UTIs. You will perform routine exams, immunizations, and screenings in a patient-centered setting.

The role offers autonomy with limited admin duties, collaboration with physicians, and a focus on work-life balance, with a recruitment incentive and a competitive schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree as NP or ARC-PA PA program completed.
• NCCPA certification or eligibility and PA licensure in PA.
• Eligibility for nurse practitioner licensure in PA.
• Minimum of six months of advanced practice experience in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within scope of practice.
• Perform routine exams, immunizations, and screenings.
• Work autonomously with limited administrative duties.
• Collaborate with physicians and access a broad network of resources.
• Provide care in a patient-centered, professional environment without overnight shifts.
• Participate in call duties approximately six nights per year in a team setting.
