Job description

Seeking a full-time paneled or team-based Advanced Practice Provider (APC) to join Providence Medical Group's Monroe Medical Center. 1. Full-time position
2. For the paneled APC, 36 patient contact hours weekly
3. For the team-based APC, support a schedule of 60 patient visits weekly as well as providing in-basket support for 2-4 physicians
4. FTE may be negotiable for those desiring slightly less than full-time
5. Typically, we offer a 4-day work week with a negotiable schedule
6. EPIC is the EMR system utilized; AI options (e.g., DAX Copilot) to support efficient charting
7. Centralized scheduling, in-basket, and prior authorization support
8. On-call triage RN service 365 days a year
9. Resource Pharmacists available
10. Onsite laboratory and imaging including x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, echo, mammogram
11. Onsite specialty services on specific days of the week - Physiatry, Cardiology, Midwifery, Orthopedics, and Occupational Medicine
12. Compensation is between $138,000 and $172,854 per year
13. The compensation amounts listed are total compensation based on a 1.0 FTE and may include productivity bonuses
14. Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, and retirement plans (457(b) and 403b)
