PPOSBC is seeking a Clinician (NP/PA/CNM) to join the Victorville Health Center team. The role involves providing non-judgmental, empathetic, and high-quality patient care, including exams, treatment, education, and counseling in accordance with agency protocols.

Licensure and Certifications:

  • Current California clinician’s license.
  • Furnishing license, as applicable.
  • Board Certification preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS for surgical sites.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Experience as Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife in reproductive/primary care.
  • Women’s health or primary health care experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Auto insurance meeting California Vehicle Code standards.
  • Bilingual skills may be required and tested prior to offer.

Essential functions include:

  • Following policies, procedures, and protocols for exams, procedures, charting, and communication.
  • Participating in efforts to meet productivity and revenue cycle goals.
  • Providing clinical services per standards and guidelines, including abortion services.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up.
  • Managing emergency situations and supervising follow-up procedures.
  • Dispensing medications, participating in team care, and meeting patient satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Managing after-hours calls and assisting with training and supervision of staff.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including site deployment as needed.
