Qualifications

Role Summary

We are a busy and well-established Family Medicine practice in Brooklyn, New York seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages while working closely with our physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Hours of Operation

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (until Daylight Saving ends on Nov 1, then 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Schedule

Full-time or part-time available

Must be available for some evenings and some weekend days, based on clinic needs

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages


• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans


• Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures within scope of practice


• Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling


• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care


• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
