Live Well Homecare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process.

You will perform focused exams, review records, document findings for VA forms, and provide medical opinions. This is a treatment-free role with no prescribing; schedule Tue-Thu, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 3–5 Veterans daily, with equipment provided.
