Qualifications

• Delaware state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• Delaware CSR license for PA/NP.
• DEA Registration is required.
• Board certification is required.
• One year pain management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, assess health status, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and treat illnesses including minor procedures.
• Take and record patients' medical history.
• Manage and coordinate pain care, including medications.
• Counsel patients on preventative care.
• Schedule appropriate interventional procedures for patients.
• Work in an outpatient clinic setting; may perform minor office procedures.
