Pulse Medical Doctors LLC in Florida seeks a clinician to diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness as part of a collaborative team. NEW GRADS OR WITH EXPERIENCE WELCOME. The base salary ranges from 100K to 115K, with total compensation between 115K and 140K depending on experience, plus bonuses based on performance.

Four weeks of PTO, 401(k) options, profit sharing, and generous benefits are provided. No weekends or calls, with robust physician support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Appropriate certifications and/or licensures.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and interprets patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
• Diagnoses or treats acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
• Prescribes medications.
• Educates patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.
• Orders, performs, or interprets diagnostic tests.
• Maintains complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
• Detects and responds to adverse drug reactions.
• References state legal regulations for nurse practitioner practice.

Looking for a clinically strong PA who values thorough care, not assembly-line medicine. BASE SALARY RANGE 100 TO 115K DEPENDING on experience. TOTAL OF 4 weeks PTO (national holidays included) with generous 401K, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance plan. Total compensation package between $115K to 140K depending on experience. BONUS BASED ON PERFORMANCE. NO WEEKENDS, NO CALLS with ROBUST SUPPORT. PROVIDER WILL HAVE HIS OR HER OWN MA.

• Keeps abreast of developments in medicine.
• Refer patients to specialists if needed.
• Schedules follow-up visits to monitor patients or evaluate health or illness care.
• Performs routine or annual physical examinations.
• Supervises or coordinates patient care or support staff activities.
• Maintains current knowledge of state legal regulations for nurse practitioner practice.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory processes and payer systems.
