Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Nurse Practitioner license and active certification preferred.
• Experience in counseling and teaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care in a Methadone/Suboxone treatment program.
• Conduct follow-up consultations and adjust medical dosages as needed.
• Order and review lab work; make referrals to local physicians and services.
• Collaborate with the medical director on patient care decisions.
• Maintain outpatient records and compile relevant reports.
