BAS HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in Occupational Medicine for locum tenens coverage in Wisconsin.

The assignment runs from November 2, 2026 through March 2027 with shifts at two clinic sites. DOT certification and FMCSA digital upload experience are required, along with BLS. Wisconsin license is required; no board certification is necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin medical license is required.
• DOT certification must be current at time of bid.
• BLS certification is required.
• FMCSA digital upload experience is required for DOT exams.
• No board certification is required.
• Credentialing timeframe is about 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 16 patient encounters per shift.
• Perform DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload.
• Follow scheduled shifts across Plover and Portage locations (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri at Plover; Tue at Portage).

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage needed starting November 2, 2026 through at least the end of March 2027
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Plover location (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and Tuesday at Portage location (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Approximately 16 patient encounters per shift
• DOT Certification required at time of bid
• Must be able to perform DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience
• BLS certification required
• No board certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
• Wisconsin medical license required

Compensation:
