Job summary

Workforce Health, part of Froedtert Health, seeks an experienced APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our occupational health team. You will provide occupational health services across pre-employment, DOT, work injuries, drug testing, and employee safety through in person and virtual visits.

You will operate with autonomy, collaborating with a Medical Director as part of a large hospital system affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Must obtain DOT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Comfortable seeing patients aged 16 and older.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services through in person and virtual visits.
• Deliver independent patient care with support from a Medical Director.
• Support pre-employment, DOT, work injury, drug testing and employee safety programs.

Workforce Health is seeking an experienced APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. We provide services for pre-employment, DOT, work injuries, drug testing and employee safety through in person and virtual visits. • Position has no weekends or holidays. Must work at various locations depending on business need.

Candidates require the following:

• Must receive DOT certification within 6 months of hire
• Need to be trained and comfortable seeing patients 16 or older.
• Need a working knowledge of OSHA requirements and appropriate work restrictions
• Have a basic understanding of state of Wisconsin worker’s compensation program
