Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational medicine and workers' compensation services, helping employees safely return to work while supporting employer partners. The main location for this role is Batavia, with travel to other WorkReady sites as needed.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no on-call. NY NP certification and DOT certification required upon hire; Workers' Compensation enrollment is also required.

Qualifikationen

• Active NY NP license and board certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification required upon hire.
• Workers' Compensation enrollment required upon hire.
• MS in Nursing (Required).
• RN license in NYS.

Aufgaben

• Patient Care: evaluate, diagnose, treat occupational injuries and illnesses; coordinate care.
• Leadership: educate patients, provide guidance, and support return-to-work planning.
• Administrative Duties: documentations for workers' comp, billing, and compliance.
• Occupational Medicine & Compliance: perform return-to-work assessments and pre-employment exams.
