Observation Unit Details

• 24 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage with 12-hour shifts.
• Fast‑paced unit working in close collaboration with the emergency department, consultants, support staff, and administrative physicians.
• Cases include cardiac, neurological, surgical, medical, trauma, overdoses, and some psychiatric disorders.
• 24/7 supervising physician oversight, on‑site emergency physician and hospitalist in‑house coverage.

Requirements

• Two years of clinical experience in emergency medicine (EM), hospital medicine (HM), cardiology, or critical care.
• ACLS certification.
• Not accepting new graduates at this time.

Compensation

Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $95 to $95 hourly, with the opportunity to earn incentives.
