Job summary

Premier Health Partners invites Nurse Practitioners to join Premier OB/GYN – Sugar Camp and other sites. You will deliver high-quality primary care and ensure continuity of services under supervising physicians and staff.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in an accredited NP program, ACNP certification, current Ohio licensure, and prescriptive authority. HIPAA knowledge and EPIC EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Certified NP (ACNP) and current Ohio licensure required.
• Certificate to Prescribe must be current.
• Minimum five years experience as RN; 1 year ACNP preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge and professional discretion required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Outlook; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary patient primary health care under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with center physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Responsibilities vary by position and specialty; adapt as needed.
• Maintain high quality assurance and effective documentation.
