Job summary

Medical Director Services PC on the Upper West Side in New York City seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a skilled nursing facility. New grads welcome; generous sign-on bonus offered; compensation is excellent and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Board certification in nursing required.
• Must have hospital setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary care provider to long- and short-term residents.
• Collaborate with medical attending and nursing home staff to deliver care.
• Educate residents and families and formulate evidence-based care plans.
