Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric populations across post-acute and long-term care settings in Seattle, WA. This full-time, day shift position offers a salary range of $110,000 – $160,000 annually.

You will perform patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing staff and consulting providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA-C program.
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted state license.
• DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority (or eligibility).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and consulting providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
