Job summary

Emplify Health (by Gundersen) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Viroqua Family Medicine Clinic. This outpatient position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with call rotation from home.

You will provide full-spectrum Family Medicine in a collaborative, physician-led system in western Wisconsin. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, independent work ethic, and strong communication.

Emplify Health (by Gundersen) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Viroqua Family Medicine Clinic. The Viroqua Clinic is looking for an experienced team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This is an outpatient only position working Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm and call rotation over the phone from home.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
