Phaxis - Support Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Rocky Mount, NC walk‑in clinic or family medicine practice. This full‑time position includes relocation assistance, competitive salary, and a productivity bonus, with 40 hours per week and Mon‑Fri schedules.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and maintaining EMRs while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license.
• Walk-In/Urgent Care/Family Medicine experience preferred.

Salary: $92,367–$112,893/year + Productivity Bonus
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Are you a compassionate and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to join a well-established medical practice? We're seeking a provider to work in either our Walk-In Clinic or Family Medicine Practice in Rocky Mount, NC. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and minor injuries.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments.
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and preventive care.
• Perform routine office procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including a large Medicare and geriatric community.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
• Previous experience in Walk-In, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 Hours per Week

• Practice hours vary depending on department.

Compensation

$92,367–$112,893 annually, based on experience.

Additional Productivity Bonus

• Biannual RVU incentive program.
• Providers exceeding productivity targets earn $15.38 per RVU, with many APPs earning an additional $20,000+ annually.
