Agape Care Group in South Carolina is seeking a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care under a physician's supervision, focusing on palliative goals and family support.

Competenze

• Heart to serve patients and families; passion for quality care.
• Education: accredited NP program with formal preparation as NP.
• Licensure: unencumbered APRN license with NP designation; prescriptive authority; national certification in NP specialty.
• Experience: 2 years in chronic disease management/long-term care; hospice/palliative background preferred.
• Required: reliable transportation; ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited masters, post masters, or doctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensure: Current unencumbered licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with designation as a Nurse Practitioner. Current prescriptive authority with full DEA privileges. Must achieve and maintain national certification in the Nurse Practitioner specialty
• Experience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice and/or Palliative background preferred.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
