You will:

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, health counseling, and disposition planning
• Handle administrative duties like opening/closing the clinic, inventory, insurance verification, and maintaining a clean environment
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with healthcare professionals
• Encourage patient participation in their healthcare and wellness services

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in family or primary care
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Experience in holistic, evidence-based care, including education on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices
• Order and administer immunizations (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling
• At least two years of relevant medical experience
• Complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pass a FIT test and wear respirator mask when required

Education:

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current national certification and state license

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC EMR experience

Pay Range:

$78,331.00 - $168,714.00, with actual offer based on experience, education, and location. Additional bonuses or incentives may apply.
