Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC invites a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our traveling care team in Massachusetts. The provider will perform monthly patient visits at skilled nursing facilities across the state, delivering high-quality care with autonomy and schedule flexibility.

The role requires active MA NP/PA licensure, prior geriatrics or long-term care experience, and the ability to travel between multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license (required).
• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or internal medicine preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities across North Jersey
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
