Atlas Healthcare, LLC seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The provider will travel to skilled nursing facilities across New York to perform monthly patient visits.

This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to directly impact patient care while working across multiple sites. Active NY license is required; geriatrics/long-term care or internal medicine experience is preferred.
