Position: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac Cath Lab
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week; 4-10 hour shifts, Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in electrophysiology, Cardio Thoracic, Cath Lab, or Cardiology.
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrophysiology preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.
Education:
- Master of Science degree required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Surgical Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
Licensures/Certifications:
- Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure.
- Certification by the NCCPA or as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
- IBHRE certification in device management and arrhythmias preferred.
- Successful credentialing through the MLH Medical Staff office.
