Overview

Several Locations in MA | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a well-established urgent care that is actively seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for providers who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and want strong earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

$70–$85/hour base pay Bonus: +$10–$25/hour (performance-based). Full benefits package.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality care in an urgent care + primary care setting
• Evaluate, triage, and treat patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive history & physical exams
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications following best practices
• Perform procedures such as: Wound care & suturing; Incision & drainage; Splinting & fracture management; Foreign body removal
• Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Manage occupational medicine & workers’ comp cases

What We’re Looking For

• Active PA or NP certification
• Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented with a strong patient-first mindset
• DOT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
